Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Confirmation of your order will be sent via email.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms include Letter of Credit (LC) or 50% advance payment with the balance due before shipping document release. Prices do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping & Delivery
Lead times typically range from 2-6 weeks depending on order size and destination. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after investigation.
